Graphics are very polished, but the gameplay is confusing. It's hard to understand what is happening: - is this a 3rd person camera? I see a paper model in front of me, but sometimes it goes under the camera frame, and it looks like 1st person camera. - movement is super slow, I don't understand what are my tactics, I shoot at at enemy, but don't see how can I outrun it? enemy is constantly near me. Is this a shooter-like game (then you should feel powerful, more speed, more jumping), or is this is RPG-like game (then you should feel smart, using tactics to outsmart/outmaneuver opponent)? Focus on the main gameplay and get that feel right, don't over-complicate with spell editor until the battle gameplay feels awesome, and good luck :)
Thanks for the comment. We were just testing the gameplay concept with this build so bear in mind that most things are just place holders.
Also the end product won't resemble this one at all! The game is actually a third person spell crafting arena shooter so you can play it however you feel like playing :)
If you are looking to defeat the boss, we do it this way:
Spells:
1)Red: Damage (x = 25), Dps (x = 25, y = 1)
2)Blue: Blink (x = 7)
3)Green: Link (x = 1)
Cast link to boss to link your hp and it'll cut his pool in half => he'll go to the second stage of the battle. Use blink to quickly move around and dodge his laser beam and make sure to destroy a pillar. Use link again following with Red spell which will repat this process, don't step onto the fire and be careful to always have a free spot where you can walk/run/blink around during the battle. Kill him with your red spell, and that's it! GL HF! : )
PS: Paper won't exist later on but you can draw your character in the character creation menu.
